Do I need to cancel DoorDash, Uber Eats, Skip, or Fantuan?

No! Use Zeltro for direct orders and keep aggregators for delivery. Many restaurants run both — Zeltro handles pickup/takeout orders at zero commission, aggregators handle delivery with their commission.

What if I already have a website?

Zeltro gives you a complete ordering site at yourrestaurant.zeltro.ca. On Professional and Business plans, you can use your own domain instead. We can help you redirect your existing site or add a link.

Do I keep 100% of order revenue?

Yes. Payments go directly to your bank through a Stripe account in your name (we’ll help you set one up if you don’t have one). You pay standard Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) — charged by Stripe, not by Zeltro.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your website, your payment account, your customer data. No lock-in. Export your menu and customer list anytime. Cancel in your dashboard — no calls, no hoops.

How does the Order Assistant work?

It understands natural language. A customer can say “I want something spicy for 5 people” and the assistant recommends dishes, handles modifiers (spice level, extras), and guides them to checkout. Like your best server, every shift.

Is there a contract?
